When traveling on an Aeromexico flight, various options are available for passengers to check in before or after arriving at the airport:
- Web Check-in.
- Mobile Check-in.
- Kiosk Check-in.
What deadlines apply for Aeromexico flights?
Deadlines that must be considered at the airport depending on what check-in option you’ve chosen and whether you have baggage to check:

Web Check-in
With the Web Check-in service, passengers can print their boarding pass 48 hours in advance for domestic flights and 24 hours in advance for international flights. For all flights, Web Check-in closes 2 hours before flight departure.
The Aeromexico Web Check-in service is not available for flights to the following destinations:
- Atlanta, Charlotte, Cincinnati, Detroit, Kansas City, Memphis, Miami, Nashville, New York – JFK, Ontario – California, Philadelphia, Salt Lake City, San Antonio, Seattle, Tokyo – Delta Airlines Online Check-in available.
- Amsterdam – KLM Online Check-in available.
- Fort Lauderdale – Lufthansa Online Check-in available.
- Paris – Air France Online Check-in available.
- Havana – airport check-in only.
Web Check-in availability is subject to the following conditions:
- The ticket must be electronic, and the reservations cannot have more than 6 passengers and/or 4 segments.
- The entire route must be on domestic or international flights operated by Aeromexico and/or Aeromexico Connect, and all segments confirmed.
- The reservations must not have special services, like infants, unaccompanied minors, pets, wheelchair, oxygen use, etc.
Passengers must arrive at the boarding gate with all printed travel documents at least 45 minutes before flight departure.
Mobile Check-in
With Aeromexico Mobile Check-in, you can get your boarding pass directly on your phone or tablet and make boarding your flight even faster. Aeromexico Mobile Check-in is available from 48 hours before departure of domestic flights and 24 hours before departure of international flights up to 1 hour before departure, for departures from the following cities:

For departure from the following cities Aeromexico Mobile Check-in is not available:
- Miami, Ontario California, San Antonio, Tokyo Narita – go to Delta Mobile Check-in.
- Paris – go to Air France Mobile Check-in.
- Amsterdam – go to KLM Mobile Check-in.
Kiosk Check-in
Using the Automated Kiosk saves you time at the airport. This service is available between 1 day and 2 hours before flight departure and offers boarding passes for international and domestic flights. Subject to the same conditions as Web Check-in, Kiosk Check-in is available at the following airports:

The Automated Kiosk will allow passengers to change assigned seats or assign one. Club Premier Members will be able to accumulate Premier kilometers by providing their Club Premier Account Number. In case of baggage check-in, the passenger can do so at special baggage documentation counters.
