It's very hard to get out of the window seat when the seat in front is lowered, there is almost no space. Row 1 wouldn't have this.
No screen but there is power (unlike economy). Free wifi on this flight.

It's sometimes marked as a fire exit seat but exactly the legroom same as a normal seat, ie not great.
19A and F have more space. No power anywhere and no screens. My flight wasn't even marked as rouge.

Premium Economy. middle seat. very difficult to get out of seat when seat ahead has it reclined. cabin very cold and flight deck crew would/could not cut the cold air. flight attendants rarely checked the passengers and did not respond at all to the call button. on a 4 hour flight, they only did bar once and never asked if one wanted another.

Seat 33H and 33J were occupied by myself and my travel buddy. I was on the aisle. It is Economy class and as such, leg room was non existent, especially after you put your small personal item in the seat floor in front of you. I am 5’4” and found it tight. The hot meal provided was edible and actually quite good. Choice was between chicken and vegetarian. Good service provided by the flight attendants and all the announcements were read three times in three different languages - English, French and Italian. All in all, a pretty smooth flight and travel.

Very happy with seating. Extra elbow room on both window & aisle seating was a bonus. Close proximity to amenities was also great. Nothing but praise for Air Canada staff as they couldn't have been more helpful.

The Service if you compare Air Canada with other Airlines we have flown there is no comparison. Air Canada No help with placing the carry on luggage in the overhead compartment. Did not offer to hang up our jackets. My husband's Flight Attendant was friendly, mine was miserable. Not able in these pods to talk to each other. When we fly with other Airlines Business Class we were able to lower the middle divider, if we wanted to talk. There was no assistance with anything at all. We expect for the amount of money we paid for these Business Class tickets, to get better service. Hope we will be getting better service on our way back. On our way back we reserved Premium Economy, it is not worth to upgrade to Business as we are not getting the service we should get. Very disappointed in Air Canada. We booked a return flight with Air Canada in December 2023 to San Diego, but are seriously thinking of changing those flight to Delta Airlines, they know how to treat their passengers. We know they do not have a direct flight from Toronto, but we rather have a stop, then flying with Air Canada Direct. Sincerely Mrs. Lucienne Tucker

This is Preferred seat and you pay for it. This is one of the most uncomfortable seat very narrow with the armrests coming up from the seat for about 10 inches making it fell like you're sitting in a cage with NO room to move. Every row on this flight had an empty seat but because these are preferred seats and you pay extra $$ every single one was taken

Very comfortable seat mid-cabin of Business Class. It's near the lav but I never noticed any noise or crowding nearby. This seat has three windows, but only two are within reach, the other is beyond the tv screen. Because this is a bulkhead seat, there's a little more room past your footwell than then standard business class pod. Plenty of surfaces to work on. I was able to comfortably use my computer and have my meal at the same time.
There are now some live television offerings: CTV, TSN , and Bloomberg.
