In the case of damage or partial loss, passengers must complain forthwith after discovery of damage or partial loss and, at the latest, within 7 days from the date of receipt of the baggage. In case of delayed baggage, your complaint must be made no later than 21 days from the date on which the baggage has been returned to you; in case of lost baggage, within 30 days from the date the baggage should have been delivered.
