Maybe it's my imagination, but it feels like this seat has just a few extra inches of leg room (foot space) when fully flat. The two windows are well-placed. On the other hand, the light from the galley was annoying, as was the noise - and they set up the snacks on the ledge in front of 1H so it was a busy spot (especially since people from coach were coming up for snacks as well). So it was comfortable enough, and the attendants were all great, but the noise, light and traffic left this seat a little less than desirable. Also, I'm not sure who catered this flight, but we weren't impressed with the food options. The "light meal" before landing was actually better than the departure meal. There were just a few types of snacks, and while they did include some plastic-wrapped, slider-type fresh sandwiches, those went fast and weren't replenished. There were maybe four or five packaged items (chips, popcorn) and when those were occasionally refreshed it was the same old stuff. You don't fly for the food, of course, but it was disappointing.

Have not flown AA domestic for some time and have read reviews about the lack of leg room in the revised cabin layout. This was the 321neo and I actually thought the legroom was fine, especially compared to with BA. The seat looked fresh and comfortable but was actually rather uncomfortable especially for a 5.5 hour flight. No IFE of course unless you want to log onto their system and stream. Service was friendly and efficient but meal was pretty tasteless and unappealing. Very unusually for me I left most of it.

American B/E business class seat comfortable, plenty of storage, two windows. Been a few months since I have flown with AA and pleased to see a welcome refresh to IFE with some good recent films. Service was adequate though not startling, food quite good but they still don't have a printed wine list and all the cabin crew could do was bring the bottles for you to look at and it was all pretty low budged. It is time they sorted out their wine supply,

Nice/average lie-flat business class seat. Be aware some AA aircraft have alternating rear-facing seats.

Worst plane I've ever had the displeasure to ride. Seats are hard with thin pads. Barely any leg room. Really tight and uncomfortable.
Horrible. Avoid if at all possible.

Specific seat issues: lavatory door is to your right, and you will smell it every time the door is open. Also, you are last off which is important for the bin issue below.

Sear width seems smaller than other commuter jets.
General cabin issue: Overhead bins will not fit a bag of any size. Had a HalfDay carryon that would not fit. Options were to cram under seat or valet check. Crammed under seat. Not a great fit but flight attendant did not complain. It beat a valet check and related wait behind everyone else on the plane. If you have wheels on your carryon, it will be a valet check.

Cabin height can be challenging. I am 6 foot and needed to duck a few times walking down the aisle.

Not worth the $1500 extra. Felt squeezed by the narrow width since a lot of space was taken up by a shelf by the window. Lights were on during the flight. Mediocre food and very limited drinks menu.

American Airlines going Bad to worse.
Business Seat very Hard, during our Day Time Flight they darkened the windows ,they say it is for returning Americans to lessen jet lag ,so us who have just got up have no say and they won’t lighten them so we had a 7 hour in the. Dark. Food was appalling many complaints,No Hot drinks served for 3 hrs, crew seemed to hide behind the curtain ,Purser was OK.BUT will Never Fly American again and my loyalty card has been Cut up.
I thought BA was bad but AA now make BA look good.
AA spoiled our Golden Wedding With very poor service right from check in,I will not give more than 1star for any part of our trip because they don’t deserve any really.Bye AA for good

I have taken flight 334 twice in the past 2 years. This is a direct flight with over 9 hours in the air so drat comfort is important. The business class lie flat seats on this plane worked well for me. An easy to reach touch screen allowed me to make adjustments to the seat pitch, height and length. This particular seat had a shoulder harness on the seat belt and the seat faced forward in a herringbone layout. Curiously not all the forward facing seats in business class had a shoulder harness. Two windows were in view from the seat. The screen was at a good height for entertainment. Bose noise cancelling headphones are provided. I wore them to sleep. The ADA restroom was one seat behind mr which was great because it is larger than a typical airplane restroom. Being close to the galley sometimes made foot traffic a bit awkward but the flight attendant did not seem to mind. Overall a good seat for a long flight.
