Bulgarian Air Charter flying with babies

Do I really need to reserve a seat for my baby when flying with Bulgarian Air Charter?

Bulgarian Air Charter recommends that newborns under 14 days old do not travel by air. Infants up to 2 years of age do not have the right to a seat, and Bulgarian Air Charter only allows one infant per adult on all its flights.

What is the free baggage allowance for infants?

Infants are also entitled to the free baggage allowance of up to 25 kg. In addition, baby carriages, buggies and child seats are transported free of charge in the hold of the aircraft (no need of prior request).
