Does Canjet accept pets or other animals for transport?

Canjet does not accept pets of any kind for travel on any flight. They cannot be transported in the cabin as carry-on neither as checked baggage in the cargo compartment. Nevertheless, Canjet gladly accepts service animals for guests with special needs.

What are the fees for service animals accompanying special needs passengers?

There is no charge for service animals certified as having been trained by a professional service animal institution. Canjet welcomes service animals provided that the animal is properly harnessed. It is needed to discuss your need to travel with your service animal at least 48 hours prior your departure time. You must provide proof of certification for the service animal when you do the check-in. The animal should remain at your feet throughout the flight, and you should advise the flight attendants of any command that the animal will obey.
