How can I check in for Corsair flights?
Corsair offers two options to check in remotely, thus saving time at the airport:
- Online Check-in – on the Corsair site and with printed boarding card.
- Mobile Check-in – from your mobile and with mobile boarding card.
- Kiosk Check-in – Paris Orly only.
What is the check-in deadline for Corsair flights at the airport?
The check-in deadline, when check-in counters close, is 1 hour before the departure of your flight (exception: for departures to/from Abidjan, Bamako, and Dakar, the check-in desks close 1 hour and 30 minutes before flight departure).
Considering that check-in can take time and that, once the deadline has passed, you will no longer be accepted on board even with a valid ticket, you should arrive at the airport 4 hours before the departure time.
Online & Mobile Check-in
The same conditions and restrictions apply for both Online Check-in and Mobile Check-in. However, these are two distinct check-in methods:
- Online Check-in – when you check in online from a computer and receive the boarding card in file form to print out on paper.
- Mobile Check-in – when you check in by mobile phone and receive your mobile boarding card by e-mail or by phone.
Online & Mobile Check-in are available between 48 and 2 hours before departure for all flights between Orly and Abidjan, Dakar, Mauritius, Madagascar, Montreal, Reunion and West Indies (Cuba, Saint Martin, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint Lucia, French Guiana – Cayenne, Martinique – Fort-de-France, Guadeloupe – Pointe-à-Pitre). Certain restrictions apply to the use of these services in cases such as:
- Unaccompanied Minors.
- Passengers with reduced mobility.
- Passengers traveling on Air Antilles Express.
After identification using the Booking Reference or E-ticket number, you can choose your seat and even check in for the return flight at the same time, provided that your return flight is within 48 hours of the outbound flight.
If you are traveling with luggage, you can drop it off before check-in closes for your flight (dedicated counter at Orly Airport South Terminal). Clearance procedures at security and immigration checkpoints remain unchanged, and you must show your boarding card in A4 format or on your mobile.
Kiosk Check-in
At Paris Orly Airport, throughout the South Terminal and near the Corsair check-in area, you can save time by checking in and getting your baggage tags directly at a Self-Service Kiosk from 12 hours until 75 minutes before the departure of your flight.
Passengers traveling with a baby, Unaccompanied Minors and passengers requesting airport assistance are not eligible for Kiosk Check-in service.
If you have already checked in online or on your mobile, you will only issue checked baggage tags and then go directly to the baggage drop-off counter.
