What is Czech Airlines policy on hand baggage?
The hand baggage allowance to which each passenger with a reserved seat is entitled depends on the travel class and the purchased tariff package. Except a car seat certified for use in aircraft for a child with a confirmed seat reservation and crutches or other orthopedic devices for disabled passengers, no other item may be taken on board in addition to the hand baggage allowance.

On Czech Airlines flights, sports equipment is transported as part of the free baggage allowance. Sports equipment not exceeding 23 kg and packed in protective packing is treated as 1 piece of baggage (e.g., ski equipment, golf equipment, bicycle, surfboard, windsurfing set, small sports boat, fishing equipment, diving equipment, a set of hockey sticks or other sports equipment packed in protective packing).
Sports equipment exceeding the free baggage allowance is charged at standard excess baggage fees. In most cases, sports equipment is checked in at the Oversized Baggage counter.
