Plenty of leg room. Mid plane, would've liked to have been a bit closer to front. Good food and service. Super friendly staff. Aircraft seats never recline far enough but all in all a good flight.

There are so many things good and bad about this plane I do not know where to start. Excellent cabin lighting and material, comfy seats with good width for the economy class I was flying. Pretty good screens and entertainment system, but marred by poor headphones, which leads me to the major issue I have with this plane - noise: the cabin was noisy. I could barely hear what flight attendants were saying (face mask did not help with that either). Could be that passengers at the front and in the back were fine, but us - near the wings and engines - got it in spades. I did not recline my seat, so cannot comment. Another thing that I think was not thought through is the number of lavatories - one in front for business and 1st class passengers and only 2 in the back, which makes it very uncomfortable for the majority of economy class seats. Just getting there with all the food trolleys either distributing food and drinks or collecting trays and cups after it was consumed - that was not making life easy. Just saying that an older, single-class A320 that I flew on my way to Fiji was much more comfortable in this regard.
Overall impression of this particular cabin layout and this particular aircraft can be summed as 50/50 - lots of good things spoiled by many bad ones.

very cinjusted seats specially when rqstd by someone who has difficulty walking thus a better seat / legroom wud hev been in order . surely yur resevation staff shud analise that nd provide alternatives

Heaps of legroom in this exit row. Is also immediately in front of 2 toilets, but with enough space not to get crowded in by an queue. One of the toilets (starboard) has a nappy change table in it and is very spacious. Service was slow and inattentive.

Looked like a great seat BUT it is the ONLY window seat without a window! Very disappointed because we also booked this seat on return flight.
On flight over audio was not working.
On flight home I sat bolt upright in 19B (next to wife) as seat recline would not work. Hard to get comfortable.
Legroom adequate. Service very ordinary - still waiting to come back with a drink. Ran out of vegetarian dish (although everyone I saw had the chicken, no one had vegetarian). I had the chicken - like everyone else (not prepared for them to come back when everyone else had been served).
I am glad it was only a 3-4hr flight.
They need to pay more attention to the customer service and experience.
When are airlines going to enforce the cabin luggage requirements? They did weigh and tag our carry on luggage at bookin but heaps of large luggage made it onto plane.
