Are children allowed to travel alone on Fiji Airways flights?
On Fiji Airways flights, children aged up to 6 years must be accompanied by an escort:
- A passenger who is 18 years of age or older.
- An escort provided by Fiji Airways at the parent’s expense.
Children aged 6 years or older are permitted to travel alone under certain conditions.
Are there any flight restrictions for children traveling alone?
Subject to paying the full adult fare, Fiji Airways permits children aged between 7 and 11 years (inclusive) to travel alone on non-stop (direct) flights.
At request, children aged between 12 and 15 years (inclusive) can also use the Unaccompanied Minor service, but all applicable travel restrictions will apply.
A one-way charge per minor applies for using the Unaccompanied Minor service. For further details or to make arrangements for an Unaccompanied Minor, contact Fiji Airways.
