En mi viaje con mi hijo hacia Las Vegas nos cogio el huracán en Houston tuvimos que pagar hotel por 4 días cuando abrieron el aeropuerto seguimos hacia Las Vegas pero al quedarnos en Houston obligados aeropuerto cerrado perdimos el avión de regreso a Miami llame a que me dieran aunque fuera algo de crédito por el pasaje de mi hijo y el mío y no lo quisieron hacer tuve que comprar de nuevo dos pasajes de regreso creo debieron de ser más humanos y darnos algo de crédito al comprar los nuevos pasajes muy mala experiencia tuvimos con ustedes , mi correo electrónico es cristybat@aol.com | |||||||

Is the terrible line and I lost my flight and they did not give me a refund and additional the bags cost 50.00 and jet blue 25.00. The service is terrible and the line is not honest. | |||||||
