Screen wasn’t working, had to move seats. Selection of movies and tv shows extremely limited. Food was fine, HiFly staff friendly and professional. The last row on the plane was numbered 67 so I think the seat map on this website needs to be updated.

Very spacious seat, more so than most business classes I’ve flown. No USB ports on this aircraft for charging everyday essentials, so there is a downside.

Overall the flight was pretty good, one male flight attendant was exceptional, whilst one female flight attendant (M Tristan) appeared rather rude and ignorant, our seats were requested for the leg room as my husband has cellulitis in his right leg and had spent the 2 nights in hospital and was only discharged yesterday to fly home. She had also bumped/nudged his sore leg with no apology. She showed strong favouritism toward a gay couple seated across the row and consistently supplying them with wine and ignored us when we requested water. Unfortunately i didn’t get the name of the very kind male flight attendant but he set a very good standard for the airline.

Seat entertainment equipment did not work at all but this applied to many seats on this plane and on the other HiFly being leased currently by Air New Zealand. So avoid these planes if at all possible. Had paid for extra legroom which was good.

NZ 102 flight booked with extra paid for legroom seat selection and full inflight entertainment - but operated by Hi FLY and it was awful. Air NZ your good image has been totally tarnished ! Surely you could have leased some better planes whilst you had a problem.Very restricted legroom on both seats as metal boxes filled half of the space , the entertainment system did not work at all on one seat and no advantage having paid for a meal as it was served to all passengers. Dreading the flight back to Sydney as unable to change flight to another time given our schedule.

Disappointing not to have USB available. Couldn’t find any channels to watch anything. Gluten free meal a real disappointment. As also dairy free so sandwich wasn’t a good choice. Would fly with Hifly again by choice. Would change flights if Air NZ changes planes to Hifly again.

My first time traveling premium economy so very happy overall. Just that the earphone wasn't working perfectly - sometimes right side only, other times left only then only both when I fidget with connection. Food & service overall was very good - happy that flight staff let my mum move up 10 rows in economy so that she wasn't too far away from my kids & I.

THE PLANE WAS EXCELLENT BETTER IN MY OPINION THAN THE 787.THE FLIGHT ATTENDANTS WERE CHARMING BOTH AIR NEW ZEALAND AND HI FLY.MY ONLY REAL COMPLAINT IS I WAS SEATED NEXT TO A RATHER LARGE PERSON WHICH IMPINGED ON MY SPACE!

Economy class configuration on this aircraft is the highetst density I have ever seen in an Airbus 330. Usual configuration is 2-4-2 = 8, this has 3+3+3 = 9, so the seats are very narrow. I flew in the "business class", which by all means is no business class, but a premium economy, compared to other A 330. I was in 1 K, wich has a bulkhead in front, that limits the feet space alot. So be aware of 1AB and 1HK. DFG are better.

The seating map is not correct. In business class (Bay A) 31 seats: AB DEF JK.
The economy class. Bay B 160 seats: AB DEFG JK. It starts in row 10 through row 32. There is row 13 and row 17. Row 32 and row 33 is DEFG
Bay C 107 seats. Begins in row 33 to row 47.
From row 33 to 42 is AB DEFG JK
From row 43 to 45 is AB DEF JK
Row 46 and 47 is DEF
