Name of passenger Mr Swaran Singh I was missed my flight from Amsterdam to Lisbon my booking reference number is M9HCG8 and flight number is HV5951(scheduled at 16:35h, dated 11/10/2023).I got boarding pass at Amsterdam Airport staff given me boarding pass written gate number C13 by hand I was waiting at C13 for from 14:30h and so many times I approached to the attendant at gate number C13. And the attendance didn’t attain me and ask me for waiting so many times and when I was the only passenger they attend me and inform me that this is not correct gate C13 for my flight and she has written another gate number D62. And the attendant informe me that I have missed my flight. And later I went to gate D62 and nobody was there because flight had gone.
Due to the missed my flight because the mistake of your staff. Now I have booked another flight and that cost me additional 271€. And I suffered lot of problems, wasted my valuable time,I spent lot for food and I have to spend sleepless to night at the airport, and again I have to buy my food and drinks. I am totally mentally tired and very upset.
I am totally un satisfied with your service. Now refund my ticket cost, cost of new ticket which I bought, for my food and drink.
Kindly pay immediat otherwise I will complain to the aviation authority.
