Excellent plane with great cabin crew, seats and entertainment. Windows were huge and the plane itself was very quiet. Would fly the A380 again.

Daytime flight. Plenty of legroom and seat width. Footrest rather difficult to operate. Everything good except the food which was very ordinary.

cabin crew excellent, the inflight entertainment was awful for such a long flight.
The screen was the smallest I have ever had in any flight and it was also very dirty and I had to clean it before I could watch it
In the end I listened to music most of the way as watching anything gave me a headache

Entertainment controls did not work well.

Great flight. But the legroom was sort of tight. Viewing takeoff and landing from tailcam is quite a lot better than from the window. Great movies and shows, the food was great. The Self Serve snack bar was a perfect pit stop for a little snack. Very nice crew.

Upgraded to business class using my Frequent Flyer points. Excellent service on this route: extremely helpful cabin staff. Travelled with my wife and 2 teenage daughters - all were attentively looked after.
Food excellent - had the set menu but could order a la carte if wanted. Lie-flat sky bed excellent.

An excellent plane for an extra long flight (22 hrs.). A quiet and a rock solid flight. I have made this flight a couple of time and allways there has been an excellent crew.

Extra leg room due to bulkhead.
No seats in front reclining.
A bit of light coming from the galley, but not too distracting.

This window seat has no window.
