With Royal Jordanian’s Web Check-in service you can choose seats and print boarding passes for all members of your travel party before leaving for the airport and also save time at Queen Alia International Airport by dropping your baggage quickly at the Web Check-in counter. Web Check-in is available from 24 hours up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.

Advance Check-in
Daily from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., the Amman City Terminal offers exclusively to passengers traveling with Royal Jordanian the convenience of Advance Check-in.
The Advance Check-in counters provide all check-in related services: you can drop off your baggage, choose your seat and obtain your boarding pass between 24 hours and 8 hours prior to your scheduled departure time. However, you must still arrive at Queen Alia International Airport 1 hour and 30 minutes before departure in order to ensure you clear customs before boarding begins.
Self Check-in
You can get your boarding pass without queuing at counters with Royal Jordanian’s Self Check-in service. The CUSS (Common-Use Self-Service – shared kiosks) will ease your travel arrangements (obtaining the boarding pass and baggage tags), and all this can be done by following a few simple steps.
