Can I travel with my pet on SilkAir flights?

SilkAir will not accept to transport pets, either in the cabin or the hold, except for Guide Dogs accompanying sight/hearing impaired or disabled passengers.

Guide Dogs

Certified Guide Dogs accompanying its owner will be accepted in the passenger cabin, in all classes. Together with containers and food, Guide Dogs will be carried free of charge and additionally to the normal free baggage allowance. To make the necessary arrangements, passengers must contact the local SilkAir office in advance. Acceptance for carriage of the Guide Dog is subject to the condition that the owner assumes full responsibility for the animal. The passenger must ensure compliance with all government regulations and documentation requirements for the departure, transit and arrival stations.
