Does SunExpress offer a service for children traveling alone?

For children aged between 5 and 12 years and traveling alone, SunExpress offers the Unaccompanied Minor Service that must be requested by email to the SunExpress Travel Center at least 48 hours before an international flight and 2 hours before a domestic flight (within Turkey).

How much does SunExpress charge for the Unaccompanied Minor Service?

SunExpress offers the Unaccompanied Minor Service for an additional fee of €30 one-way on international flights and 30 TL one-way on domestic flights (within Turkey).

Children traveling as Unaccompanied Minors are accompanied by SunExpress staff from check-in, where they are given a UM bag to hang around the neck containing all travel documents, through customs and security checks and onto the aircraft. On board, they are offered a complimentary refreshment. On arrival, they are handed over to SunExpress ground staff who ensure they are picked up by the person designated by you. Thus, your child is under constant supervision of SunExpress staff along the entire journey.
