Ample leg room, its a short flight so you won't miss the video screen that's bit of a pain to get it, but I don't mind sacrificing the extra leg room for the eating & watching at the same time...

The business class looks terribly 2 decade old with hardly any upgradation. As good as zero entertainment options. However, it spacious and seats are comfortable. The service is impeccable and food is very good.

It's a shame that the infrastructure can't catch up with the service levels.

Old and ageing plane. Hardly any video options. Boring.
However, spacious and comfortable seats. And service was outstanding . The food quality was top notch.

It's a shame that the plane is too old.

I travel over 2 million miles a year and have been for the past 40 years and this seat was the most uncomfortable one I have ever sat in. No leg room, unable to even shift my legs(I am 6 ft 3) . My knees crammed into seat ahead. I would NEVER travel on another TG A330 again. Absolutely abominable!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After the flight from HKG to BKK I travelled on a TG 737 and there was 3 times the leg room.(BKK-KKC)

On Thai's A330's the business class seats are very out-dated and quite uncomfortable to try and sleep on for an overnight flight. Thai's service seems to be deteriorating from just a year or 2 ago. I think they need to look at their business class seating and introduce more lie flat seats particularly where the aircraft is used for overnight flights. We are seriosly thinking of using Singapore Airlines for our next flight to Europe even though it does cost more.

The advantage of the even K seats, from my perspective, is that you have the window right at your side. The odd numbered K seats have a small table on between the window and the seat, obstructing the view somewhat. The other advantage is that the even numbered K seats have the table on the aisle side, shielding the occupant from bumps of passing carts. However, I found the seat to be on the short side. Yes, I am quite tall and at 6'4"/193 cm, I just barely squeezed into the seat when it was fully reclined. This particular seat is also quite near to the toilets and galley, although this did not bother me. However, I would be very wary of seat 11G as the lady sitting in this seat was constantly bothered by people going to the bathroom, light seeping in from the galley and the curtain intruding on her seat.

Very nice flight! Cabin had only 4 of 12 seats occupied, so service was excellent. FC suite is very nice and I had a nice sleep. Beverage offerings are very nice, I drank several glasses of Dom 2003. Food was very good but not excellent.

I would prefer the old 747 all times. I was seated on 71B (there are 72 in all) so it was in the back. The chairs feels smaller. I can not say in what way. I looking in seatmap guide they actually are wider. But feels smaller than old 747 anyway. The seat pitch is less too than 747. I think the difference is 2 inch less. All this together makes me feel that the all together seat comfort was better in 747. And not to forget, the seat recline is really bad!
It was much more loud in the back of the plane than in the middle when I was walking around. Otherwiase the food was same thai airways style as always. The cognac is still some unknown brand that tastes shit. Same for the other liqour brands. They are all some unknown brands except the gin. But hard to complain if it is for free, But I would gladly pay for a cognac brand that is drinkable.
The service is as always very good on the thai flights. There was a lot of heavy turbulens on the flight as well. I have never had that before when flying with 747. Can this be related to the aircraft??
OK, every seat has its own screen. I can not say anything about the movies i only listen to music and that was OK I guess. Not so many known artist there though so after I while I took out my ipod anyway.
In my opinion, the buying of 777 is a step down. The screen opinion is maybe nice for families with kids but nothing for me. Who want to see James Bond on a badly 10 inch screen? Not me anyway. Better try to sleep.

Crowded plane. The seats is too close together to have a bit personal space. Pretty good AVOD system. The food weren't as good as I expected.

Wonderful aircraft for long range flight. Flew on Economy Class. Reasonable legroom. Good entertainment system. Although needed more updates on AVOD's movies.
