Online Check-in is available for Ural Airlines flights under certain conditions.
How and when can I check in at the airport?
At the airport, you can check in at check-in counters and, at Domodedovo International Airport, Koltsovo International Airport, and Sochi International Airport, at a self-check-in kiosk. To check in and go through pre-flight formalities (customs, immigration, etc.), it is recommended to arrive at the airport no later than 90 minutes (for domestic flights) or 3 hours (for international flights) before the departure time specified on the ticket (itinerary receipt). For Ural Airlines flights, check-in closes:

Passengers with e-tickets for Ural Airlines flights departing from Domodedovo International Airport (Moscow), Koltsovo International Airport (Yekaterinburg), and Sochi International Airport can check in at a self-check-in kiosk between 23 hours and 1 hour before departure time. Passengers requiring special assistance (Unaccompanied Minors, visually impaired passengers, etc.) and passengers traveling with pets, weapons and/or ammunition or baggage exceeding the allowed dimensions and/or weight cannot use a kiosk to check in.
Online Check-in
Online Check-in is available to passengers who hold e-tickets for direct flights from the following cities:

For flights other than direct flights Online Check-in opens:
- For charter flights – 6 hours before departure time.
- For transit flights – 12 hours before departure time.
- Only for the first leg of multi-leg flights is available – 12 hours before departure time from the first point.
Online check-in for “Alliance” flights (2121, 2122, 2411, 2412, 2421, 2422, 2433, 2434, 3151, 3152, 3171, 3172) is unavailable.
Online check-in is not available to passengers with special service requirements (Unaccompanied Minor, pet carriage, carriage of excess baggage, wheelchair assistance, etc.), as well as for bookings of more than 9 passengers.
During Online Check-in, you can choose a desirable seat on board an aircraft. In the case of unassigned seating, you will receive a boarding pass without a seat assigned and may take any available seat on board an aircraft.
You need to take your boarding pass with you to the airport. If you forget it, you can print it out once again at a check-in counter for your flight. At Koltsovo (Yekaterinburg) and Domodedovo (Moscow) airports, you can also use a self-check-in kiosk for printing out your boarding pass.
For flights to destinations requiring visas, after completing Online Check-in, you will receive a check-in confirmation and not a boarding pass. Passengers with infants will also receive a check-in confirmation. You will need to exchange the printed confirmation for a boarding pass at a check-in counter and then go through passport control and customs.
If you travel with baggage over the hand baggage allowance, you can still check in online, but you have to check in your baggage at a baggage drop-off counter, or at the check-in counter for your flight, before the check-in deadline.
