Despite being the last row of seats in the Premium Economy Cabin, the wider seats still reclined to enable a most relaxing posture for the long haul flight. Easy access to toilets. Will recommend Virgin - our first time experience but impressed v previously used Airlines(for both business and leisure). Cabin crew excellent.

Very satisfied with the cabin design of 2-3-2 seating. Easy access to toilets and forward galley. First time travel with Virgin but will use again- impressed.

These seats are in the upper section of the 747-400 just behind the business class seats in a generally quieter section of the aircraft. Legroom good and less wait for using the toilet facilities - albeit you use the one's in Business class who may not be so pleased that they are having to share these with those who paid less for their fare.

These seats on the 747-400 overnight flight from Havana are located outside galley/kitchen area so there's constant activity - not a good choice of seat if your planning on trying to sleep on the flight.

Is it me or have Virgin lost their touch? Service adequate but surly, not what
i expected from virgin.
Seat and flight fine much the same as any other, except Quantas. Main issue is interference from behind as seat thin and you feel the person getting their things.
Toillets ok but staff too busy chatting to keep clean until mentioned.
No satnav! Hope pilots worked.
Food good.

The seats were fine although the gap between the side of the aircraft and the armrest was a pain and I had to push my coat and fleece down there to make it more comfortable. The food was excellent and plenty of it and the flight was mainly smooth. My main gripe on outbound and inbound, was the lack of maintenance on the film screen/touch screen/handset. They have been used so much that they are worn out and not very responsive unless you press down hard several times. This was most frustrating on the games (Millionaire). Knowing these are probably used a lot, there should be more of a regime to monitor and look after these items.

My first Dreamliner trip, that i had been looking forward to with Boeing's hype that it was designed to be passenger friendly. I was enticed by Virgin's low economy fare to connect with BA all the way to India. What a mistake! The seats are cramped ( I have travelled internationally for 50+ years). The food was sub-par; the breakfast was a token croissant with a smidgen of "cheese?".
Never take a window seat. the arm rest against the window does not lift up; prevents you from getting that extra hip room at the window; I got a two day lower back pain from being immobilized for this 10 hr flight. I recommend an aisle seat and annoy everyone by getting up and walking around often.
the seat cushion had no give. (they should replace them every 6 months); the plane floor was filthy at the end of the flight because passengers could not pick up anything that fell on the floor during flight (no room to bend down to retrieve anything)
Message to Virgin : use a 2-4-2 seating for flights longer than 4 hours!!

Probably the worst long haul flight I have experienced, with the most uncomfortable, hard seats with no lumbar support. The 3-3-3 configuration is way too cramped. The food was inedible, and Virgin IFE very poor with mostly old films. We will never use virgin again, having paid for specific seats, which we never had, staff who ignored all requests to sort the problem, so far no reimbursement for the specific seat payment. Overall, the 2nd worst long haul flights over 50 years of flying
