Long legroom but the footrest does not come up well. Food and service more like economy than business. The only 2 toilets in economy and premium economy do not cut it. The business bathroom is right in from of these seats but the crew is anal using them from premium economy.

Found this seat to be comfortable for economy class. Plenty of leg room (I’m 6’2”) and handy ledge to the left with storage box, etc. overnight flight, so welcomed being away from toilets and galley when sleeping. Food was good and complimentary drinks. IFE was okay, but touchscreen a little dodgy to use. Remote control also so not an issue. Overall, a lot better than I was expecting.

I was sitting with my family. The inflight entertainment was old. I think the A350-900XWB was better. The remote was old. The food was good but on some flights I didn’t like it like this flight. I heard Thai is gonna renovate the seats. There was a free plug down your seat. It was rlly good. 8/10
