Two legs from Budapest/Toronto/Orlando FL.
Changed from Rouge Regular Economy to Premium Economy. Best decision.Traveling with my wife, So the Window and aisle seat Combination was Great. Plenty of leg room , tray comfortably down, bigger seats are always better but this are Fearly+ Good,.am a Big Guy, a Please, can I get a Seat belt extension Guy, and No Complaints on the Seats..
But No TV, Nothing, Get the ACanada Rouge Entretaiment APP Prior to Flight on your Cell or other. The Flight Menu on your seats packets tell you how to Connect. And to MCO Nothing but liquids, No Food, unless you buy it.

fantastic seat! i am a heavy person and i had plenty of room to fold down my tray table. tons of legroom -i didn't ever recline so i can't comment on that. i did find the cushion a bit uncomfortable at the onset andthe seats are very thin so you may feel someone pressing against the back of your seat. close to bathroom. no entertainment system on this plane - there were charging ports for personal items. food options include items from freshii, which is a bit more healthy.

First impressions. The seat would be fine for short duration of the flight. Wrong first impressions. Two inches more leg room, were quickly overwhelmed by the very hard seat, and the shoulder to shoulder space. A few years ago, I vowed never to use AC Rouge. I will learn to do more research on planes used for vacation packages.

Return flight back to Scotland. Again very uneventful. Around an hour late in leaving Toronto but only about 20 minutes late into Edinburgh. Good service on the plane, but still no entertainment system. Don't know why they cut this from service as it helps pass the time. Also still a bit cramped in cattle class!

Have traveled with Rouge a number of times. Always have found crew a joy and very helpfull. The aircraft unfortunately is very cramped with no creature comforts like entertainment system. Food was ok, coffee could have been a little warmer. Overall for the price not too bad.

Montreal - Montréal-pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL)
This is most likely the WORST Business Class seat I have ever purchased. The airplane is old, the seats are uncomfortable (hardly any cushion) this is crap! Air Canada should be ashamed of this nonsense!

So called first class , typical of most North American airlines. Very average, tired , small overhead bins . Limited recline. Food & beverage OK. iPad for movies worked well.
