The Service if you compare Air Canada with other Airlines we have flown there is no comparison. Air Canada No help with placing the carry on luggage in the overhead compartment. Did not offer to hang up our jackets. My husband's Flight Attendant was friendly, mine was miserable. Not able in these pods to talk to each other. When we fly with other Airlines Business Class we were able to lower the middle divider, if we wanted to talk. There was no assistance with anything at all. We expect for the amount of money we paid for these Business Class tickets, to get better service. Hope we will be getting better service on our way back. On our way back we reserved Premium Economy, it is not worth to upgrade to Business as we are not getting the service we should get. Very disappointed in Air Canada. We booked a return flight with Air Canada in December 2023 to San Diego, but are seriously thinking of changing those flight to Delta Airlines, they know how to treat their passengers. We know they do not have a direct flight from Toronto, but we rather have a stop, then flying with Air Canada Direct. Sincerely Mrs. Lucienne Tucker

Seat 33H and 33J were occupied by myself and my travel buddy. I was on the aisle. It is Economy class and as such, leg room was non existent, especially after you put your small personal item in the seat floor in front of you. I am 5’4” and found it tight. The hot meal provided was edible and actually quite good. Choice was between chicken and vegetarian. Good service provided by the flight attendants and all the announcements were read three times in three different languages - English, French and Italian. All in all, a pretty smooth flight and travel.

I was impressed with this Business Class product. You can get mild massages in 3 areas plus a neat drawer type cubby to put your loose stuff so it doesn’t roll around. More pluses: a mattress pad, super huge video screen and independent moving parts in seat so you can have your back straight and also your legs fully elevated. The leg area was cavernous! Food and drinks were OK but staff were extremely pleasant and very efficient. Also enjoyed the new Signature Lounge in Toronto but wished they kept their breakfast buffet hot.

Ok seat not right on the wing so you can see something, but super noisy. Wish the seats recline was better. A bit better than economy, but nothing to write home about. Not a great choice of movies. And as far as food goes, a muffin for breakfast doesn’t cut it. I guess you have to travel business class to get a yogourt. Still premium is worth it if you have a long trip, and if you can get it at a discount. Sometimes it doesn’t cost much more than economy.

I have flown in pods before. This one was definitely more comfortable than any I have been seated in. The airplane was very quiet and smooth. The headphones were excellent but the selections for movies was very limited. I would’ve expected more current movies to be available. Food was excellent and the airline personnel most gracious. The seat options were excellent. I have back problems and this is the first time I have flown and felt better when I got off the plane than when I got on it.

Service provided was not worthy of being called Signature Class.
At no stage throughout the flight were we asked if we would like a drink, I had to go and ask a flight attendant for one. My wife had to do the same when she wanted some snacks only to be told help yourself there in the basket. Pretzels and nuts only, no chocolates, cheese and biscuits.
The meal my wife requested was already unavailable 30 minutes into the flight. It certainly not what we expected for this class.

This is Preferred seat and you pay for it. This is one of the most uncomfortable seat very narrow with the armrests coming up from the seat for about 10 inches making it fell like you're sitting in a cage with NO room to move. Every row on this flight had an empty seat but because these are preferred seats and you pay extra $$ every single one was taken

Comfortable seat, practical, and a lot of storage. However if you are travelling with a companion you are far away from them and as such, conversation is a challenge, especially if you are polite and would rather not yell across to them when many others may be sleeping. For a 15 hour flight it is nice to chat with someone.

This is an aisle seat. The space is limited at best but this particular seat was faulty and did not recline at all so obviousy did not offer even the slightest ease of comfort for a long haul flight. Also, there was a "bulkhead" fixture under the seat in front, so little room for my feet plus hand luggage.

Excellent and comfortable seat, that lies completely flat. I’m 5’2” so someone much taller may have some issues. But you get a mattress pad, large pillow and light comforter. I slept about 6 hrs. Straight on this 10 hr. flight. We picked row 4 because it’s half way between the business class galley and toilets behind.
