Flight from Sydney to Vancouver in B787-9 Business Class. Window seat in herringbone layout offered good privacy and space. Comfortable cabin let down by only one small toilet in front for whole cabin! Seat very comfortable but did not lie completely flat when extended, but plenty of legroom. Good visibility through two windows which could be darkened electronically to increase illumination of large TV screen - nice. Wide movie selection but limited new releases. Very good wine selection but, sadly, food disappointing and well below standard for premium class. Entree tasty but main course, lamb, mainly mashed potato and gravy with a few peas, all served on plastic plates and plastic tray! Desert was a choice of three small tarts or a cheese plate - nice - but with only two, pre-sealed, crackers as an accompaniment! Breakfast offering included very tasty muesli and fresh fruit followed by an equally tasty omelet, but once again on a tray and plastic dishes. The croissant, cold and sealed in cellophane, had the consistency of a house-brick and was inedible. Butter was a small cube pre-wrapped in foil as purchased in a supermarket. Yipes! Whatever happened to restaurant quality of yesteryear? Cabin staff very attentive and friendly except for head honcho who was polite, professional, cold and aloof. Overall, a comfortable but not outstanding flight spoiled by the food offering.

This seat has a few more inches of leg room but that is the only bennifit. It is in a bad spot otherwise. The drink cart has to make a but of a turn at this point and will it yout seat everytime. It is imposiible to not get bumped everytime somone walks past as the seat sticks out further then the bulk head wall in front of you. I would not reccomend this seat unless you are over + 6ft tall in that case the few extra inches of leg room would make it worth the extra money.
As for the flight. I take this route regularly (AC90) Usually the service and food is better. This time it was exceptionally poor. Terrible food, no condements, drinks with no ice, air temp was overly warm so some stinky feet smell in the air, unpleasent flight attendents. Not a good experience when compared to other trips on the same flight number.

This plane is amazing in the way that Air Canada has its lay-out set-up. The herringbone-rows provide a good deal of privacy because the seats all face away from the adjoining aisle seats. The transition of the seat into a bed is the most comfortable that I have experienced in a Business Class. ALL of the FAs couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. And to top it all off, the B787 is a fantastic plane, with its larger windows that have an automatic darkening feature, and mood lighting. And did I mention LARGE lavatories?!!! Its a winner all around.

Right by an exit so loads of leg room , quite a narrow seat though. It's right by a toilet so maybe wouldn't suit an overnight flight if you were trying to sleep , perfect for day/evening though. Not sure if it was just that flight but Air Canada seem weirdly reluctant to serve coffee, I only got 2 cups the whole flight but could have virtually unlimited other drinks - very odd - and not helpful when you're trying to stay awake to get a hire car etc.

Being 6ft 2in, and the 15 hr flight, I splurged on the extra charge for this preferred seat. The great thing about this bulkhead unlike row 31, is that there is no lavatory here, or people queuing up beside you for it. Also the bulkhead wall opens up in front of this seat unlike seats A and B, so you can totally stretch your legs fully.

The seat was comfortable with more than sufficient leg room. There was difficulty/inability y to adjust the location of the arm rest tv as little to no flexibility to be able to do so. Also the jog in the aisle between business class setting and row 18 made It difficult for flight attendants to manoeuvre and passenger had to exercise caution as well.

I am 6’ 2”. Seat has great legroom as it is by wing exit. I can’t get comfortable enough to sleep on a plane but this eat allows you to at least stretch out. Downside is that is right by restrooms......you need to be tolerant of the other passengers as they unavoidably bump into you and step on your feet.

It’s a pity you don’t have movies availables in Spanish language. Just the descripción is in Spanish but when you want to watch it you don’t have any opción for Spanish viewers. You should have at least some with subtitles!

Premium economy seat. Seat reclines further and is reasonably comfortable for an 8 hour flight. Washroom is right there and in a small 21 seat section there are no line ups.
