An 'endurance' of a flight. Person in seat behind me stretched out so much his feet kept touching mine. Needed the provided blanket as I got extremely cold. Films seemed to all start at the same time. Not exactly 'recent' releases (as categorised).....screen quality was poor. Meals (both breakfast and dinner) were even worse, as they were not hot enough and had too much cheap 'padding' e.g. potatoes. I'm a good eater but I left most of mine and I hope that the plastics are recycled. Enjoyed the wine though ..... but I cannot understand why metal nail clippers and Swiss army knives are confiscated by security when we are given a meal with metal cutlery (?????) Luggage took an hour to arrive at baggage reclaim. Checking through customs, passport control/ health check at Mauritius terminal took 1 hour and 25 minutes. Overall - an ordeal of a flight that I won't be taking again.

Not too bad a flight better than expected, food choice was good but actual food was badly prepared and not at all pleasant. entertainment needs badly upgrading as do the screen size......far too small. Very old planes in need of upgrading, toilet area was not clean but may have to do with the nationality on board, toilet floor was soaking wet when i entered just before landing and with no attempt by the user to clean up for next passenger!!!! Web site needs upgrading and you cannot alter or choose your seat on the iPhone app but can if you go into the web site.....lots of seats were available but not shown on the app. If you need upgrading to Business its not worth the money....save it for another trip.

i am quite tall (6' 3") and there is so little legroom for a long haul flight it is not pleasant at all. I could not put my legs straight with the seat in front of me
food was average to poor, my kids hated it
entertainment was poor, films on a loop not on demand. have iPads charged
service was OK
overall not great at all, would not hurry to fly on this again

Great seat great service and a great easy time through arrivals BUT that was probably due to the plane only being 50% full so a choice of seats was pleanty. Food ordered was low fat and quiet pleasant. Films need looking at as they are on a loop !!!! And the screen is far far too small really needs updating. I will report on the return flight in 13 days

Comfortable seats, excellent service from the staff who were courteous at all times! The choice of food and its presentation and quality was very good! There was an excellent choice of wines and spirits and champagne was offered to business class passengers! I could sleep comfortably during the night flight after a lovely meal and arrived in Mauritius not feeling too tired after the long haul flight!

The worst part of the trip is the temperature at which they kept the cabin it was terribly hot and the aircraft has no individual air vents to enable you to cool down, I few many airlines and this was the first time I encountered that.

We flew 10pm from CT , cabin was too warm - no overhead AC / fan , big gap between window & seat so cannot rest head on side. Pointless keeping passengers awake to serve a meal at 11pm when it is a 5 hour flight.

Poor entertainment for the long hours in the air. Entertainment does not change or renew for over 60 days and has limited choice. Food average and not very appealing also services onboard randomly offerred
