I am not sure if there is much of anything positive to say about my experience on this 30 minute flight from takeoff to landing. We spent a lot more time than that just sitting on the taxiway in Chicago. We left the gate at 1105am and finally took off at 1150. The seats which using my tape measure were only 16.75” in width. At 6’2” tall and 350 pounds this was the worst flight ever. Knees were crushed into the seat in front of me and I made the mistake of selecting a window seat. You couldn’t see out the windows and the curve of the fuselage restricted your shoulder room. Never again is all I can say. The service from the cabin crew seemed to mimic the aircraft itself. Very poor and unfriendly crew.
