The plane had been refurbished, it was clean and the seats reasonably comfortable. Service levels were very high, flew on a brand new AF 777 back to Toronto last year from Paris and this Austrian experience was MUCH better. Just watch out for the unexpected extra luggage charges at the Vienna end. | |||||||||||||||||||||
