Seat Map Bulgaria Air Airbus A320 with business class

There is a good business class with actual business class seats, which is rare for a European airline for short haul.
The seat in economy is fine, definitely more spacious than low-cost.
Water bottle in seat for all passengers before take off followed by newspapers, sandwich, drinks, tea coffee and a chocolate, all included in the price.
The cabin crew were probably the best. Very polite and attractive.

I was traveling with a Service Dog. We told them 3 days before. they forgot to hold us an appropriate seat, so my 20Kg serve dog was smushed on the floor in a standard seat, despite assurances this would not happen. never even so much as an "I'm sorry"

On the map is written 10 business seats.
It is wrong no business seats at all only economy class seats.
