Flight on time and crew fine. Row 14 is the only row to book. The next day I flew Manila to Bangkok in row 16 as travelling with our son. My partner sat in 14A on that leg. The normal seats are very cramped and uncomfortable. The seats themselves are not great with little lower back support. Air Asia have a much better product re seats. We were lucky and the pax in front of us in row 15 did not recline their seats. Unless you are travelling with children or too old, BOOK row 14. Any flight over 1 hour you need it and worth the extra money. For the price Cebu Pacific did a great job but Air Asia still have an edge.

Check-In was smooth and T3 is leaps and bounds better than the Domestic Terminal. Flight delayed for nearly an hour with no explanations at all. Cabin was well maintained and legroom was sufficient for 1.5 hour flight, although I would invest on paying an extra for Row 1 on 2hrs+ flights. Flight attendants were cold, unfriendly and robotic. BOB options were good, great prices and most of the things were available. As for IFE, the magazines were overall sufficient. Overall, you get what you pay for.

Lots of bad reviews on this airline so had some reservations about using thhis airline. After getting bumped to a flight later in the day (No fault of the airline) , not bad, especially for a low cost airline. Customer service rep went out of the way to correct a mistake made by the travel agency when the ticket was booked. Being thiat this was a low cost airline and this was a flight of less than 1 hour, entertainment and food/drink questions are irrelevant.

We got an good flight! But I got bored at the middle of the flight, and I decided to look at the wings and engines. They have games, but do not have food/snacks to serve.

Smooth check in and boarding. Seats are quite small and legroom is limited. If you prefer to stretch your legs, seats 1A 1B or 1C are the ones you should take and it worth extra $. Seats 1D-E-F are not so good because there is a partition wall and legroom is still limited.
Friendly crew, smooth flight, good experience overall.

Husband and I traveled with 2 year old. Husband 6'4 and I am 6'0. If we hadnt purchased all 3 seats in row we wouldnt have fit. No legroom at all!!! We won't fly again unless able to get 1st row. On the positive side, service was great.

It was my first time sitting on an emergency exit seat. The legroom was great but the seat's location is much colder. The crew were kind and they kept on reminding me and other passengers sitting on an emergency exit spot about the duties that we'll take in case of an emergency.

I have flown in six different seats. Bottom line, Pay for the premium seat fee in Row 1 or suffer for three hours. The seats are terrible, thin and the pitch is severely tight. All emergency exits are BLOCKED by seats.

Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL)
I would recommend flying with Cebu Pacific Air. Their in-flight food is very fresh and delicious, and the flight attendants are very attentive. The seat is also very comfortable. Their magazines are also very interesting.
