Un viaje de 6 Horas muy confortable, el personal de a bordo, como el personal en tierra, ecepcionalmente educados y dispuestos a contribuir en lo que necesite. En cuanto a la comida, podría mejorar, como así mismo servir el desayuno que figura en la reserva mas no fue brindado. Buen asiento, amplio y confortable.
Los contra... Para mi regreso llegue a ezeiza con 6 horas de anticipacion al vuelo por lo que decidi pagar el pase al Lounge y permanecer ahi hasta mi salida, lamentablemente una mala experiencia con un valor de 50 dolares. Es increible que a las 7 de la mañana no haya desayuno en un lounge, solo encontré café, y algunos panecillos, pregunte al personal y me dijeron que todo lo que ofrecían era eso, el personal del Lounge ezeiza, desatentos y con muy pocas ganas de trabajar. A pesar del inconveniente, volveré a viajar con esta aerolinea, porque tiene un trato magnifico por parte del personal

I travelled with a 17 month toddler, with a carseat and the Go go babyz travelmate, an attachment to use the carseat as an stroller at the airport. The problem I had at this flight was that the aisle of Business Class, where we entered the plane, was too narrow for the carseat, but the aisle of Economy Class was ok. The other thing is that the 3 restrooms of Economy Class did not have a diaper changer, as other airplanes does. And although I purchased a seat for the baby, they didn't give me the 2 meals (dinner, breakfast) for him.

We flew from Cusco and although we tried to book our seats on line the LAN website was down many hours before. Check in staff at Cusco were most Helpful and rang through to obtain two seats in the extra leg room area these were the last as Staff at Lima were offering 700 dollars to take the next flight. Stewards were very helpful extra leg space sufficient for 6'4 husband but he would have been squashed elsewhere. Food okay but hot food was cold. Plenty of drinks offered poor selection of too many films

Outstanding flight and seat. This is probably the best seat in economy. I got totally lucky bc I didnt pay for this seat and was simply assigned to me and my girlfriend. It reclines perfectly and you have pleeeeeenty of legroom. You also have the bathroom very close but not so close that people bother you all the time. Also, you have your own TV set and you can watch several movies. Overall I give this a 5 out of 5. Food was good for a 2 hr flight...

Great flight in terms of cost (412 USD) and also entertainment and the state of the plane. It's almost brand new. I much prefer this airline (LAN) over AA (american airlines). They are cheaper and more comfortable and newer airplanes. The seat map is exactly as shown here. Food was the only weak thing about this flight as they provided only a very ugly looking sandwich.

That was a last minute change due a personal need. Seats tend to be narrow and with little space for legs, especially difficult for tall people (my couple is 5'11 high). The multimedia entertainment screen didn't work at all in seat 23f. The backseat leaning angle was relatively wide. The weirdest thing of all was that the steward ignored us all the time when he was serving the meals and coffee, anyway he later gave us our dishes with no problem; it was kinda weird, but no more than that.

Quiero comentar que en el vuelo 8000 desde San. Pablo a Ezeiza,el día 15 de octubre,todos los pasajeros debimos soportar un frío increíble. Muchos nos quejamos y adujeron que no se podía subir la temperatura.V iaje con cuatro amigas y, llegamos todas resfriadas.Una de ellas tuvo que permanecer en cama.D ese aria me informen cual fue el motivo.Las azafatas ,ante nuestra queja se miraban y,en forma irónica reían.Muchas gracias !!!

En Ezeiza nos asignan a mi esposa y a mi en TODO EL TRAMO EZE/LAX, previa escala en LIM los asientos 15 J y 15 L. Despues de la escala correspondiente al Abordar nuevamente el Mismo Avion y vuelo " SORPRESIVAMENTE nos CAMBIARON" sin motivo alguno los Nos. de Asiento(16F y 16H). Ya que es una Linea tan seria, me gustaria saber por que ocurrio.

Comodidad en el avion, buen asiento, excelnte vista. La atencion a bordo, excelente,mucha preocupacion de las sobrecargos con los pasajeros, en especial con los niños. La comida a bordo, buena, Ravioles con una salsa riquisima, las bebidas, vinos y otros licores ofrecidos con bastante variedad. Muy recomendada, las salidas y llegada de aerop, sin contratiempo.
