Seatguru does not have a good map for this flight. We had a plane configured 2-4-2. The seats were unbelievably narrow. There is no way in which anyone with a waist size of 40 or above could fit. The flight staff were polite but the desk staff in Chicago had no idea what was going on during the usual forwarding delay. | |||||||||||||||||||||
