My wife and I travelled together in 26 Eand F. The seat access from both sides was very good. The seats were comfortable and were easy to recline to flat and to get into position to read, eat to watch TV. There was plenty of room in the overhead bin but not much space to store the pillows and blanket before use when you wanted to sleep. The outside sears have extra storage bins next to the windows. The audio point is forward facing on the front of the seat and is double pin socket. Fortunately my noise cancelling headphones come with an adapter for this otherwise only one side of the headphones works!
The food and service were very good. The food is biased towards the Asion customer but that is to be expected, I like this food so that was fine.
For the return leg Thai airways used the 777.300 which was not as good as the A380 in my opinion. I asked others on the plane coming back and they agreed with my opinion also.

Being the A380 the cabin is pretty new, which is not quite the case with some of Thai's 747s but still all right. The seat that makes a proper bed at full recline is spacious and comfortable with all amenities one can wish for. After having been spoiled with Dom Perignon, caviar and you have it from a long list menu, whilst watching a good movie the bed is made up with all the right linen as well as providing a nice pyjamas of right size. The main toilet at the front is very comfortable as it doubles up as a changing room as well with a separate section including a wide seat etc.
The in air swift service meets every expectation with a friendly and helpful attitude. The arrival service at Bangkok is actually beyond what one could imagine; met at aircraft, hurried through terminal bypassing any que, took over and sorted a baggage issue and all the time with full recognition of who we were.

The advantage of the even K seats, from my perspective, is that you have the window right at your side. The odd numbered K seats have a small table on between the window and the seat, obstructing the view somewhat. The other advantage is that the even numbered K seats have the table on the aisle side, shielding the occupant from bumps of passing carts. However, I found the seat to be on the short side. Yes, I am quite tall and at 6'4"/193 cm, I just barely squeezed into the seat when it was fully reclined. This particular seat is also quite near to the toilets and galley, although this did not bother me. However, I would be very wary of seat 11G as the lady sitting in this seat was constantly bothered by people going to the bathroom, light seeping in from the galley and the curtain intruding on her seat.

I went 2 times to Malaysia ThaiAirways to request for bigger leg room for the flight which I'm going to Paris. I'm 6" tall with my friend is 6.1" tall. Secondly I just did abdominal surgery 2 months ago and I don't comfortable squeezing my body too.
The staff at Thai Airways keep saying they haven't open for registration yet. But how come other airlines can do that in advance the seat reservation?
Now I got to squeeze in the lower deck and in the middle seat. When I checked on line just now, upper deck already have people got the seats....
This doesn't makes sense...
Even I told her, don't mind paying extra for upper deck, I need rest and space...

The biggest aircraft I have ever flown on and I felt a little apprehensive, no need though. It was the most comfortable experience flying I have had. The crew were attentive and helpful, the food eatable. I saw three films so the time went fairly quickly.. we went with friends and we’re able to sit together this was a plus. The toilets were cleaned regularly by the crew, something I have never seen before. All in all a very good experience.

I travel over 2 million miles a year and have been for the past 40 years and this seat was the most uncomfortable one I have ever sat in. No leg room, unable to even shift my legs(I am 6 ft 3) . My knees crammed into seat ahead. I would NEVER travel on another TG A330 again. Absolutely abominable!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After the flight from HKG to BKK I travelled on a TG 737 and there was 3 times the leg room.(BKK-KKC)

This is an economy seat but on the upper deck and it is great. In a bank of only 2 seats and aircrew jumpseat behind so no issues reclining or with people pulling on your seat. Very quiet and exclusive economy cabin. Pre-ordered vegetarian food Thai food was great and service very good. I pushed button to ask for water and cabin crew anticipated my request bringing water on first visit

The A380 performed perfectly. The crew was great in all respects. The food was lousy. It was an 8am flight so my choice was the asparagus omelet. Yuk eggs and asparagus and that was it no cheese no flavor. The fruit looked good but was not ripe. The rolls were fresh but they don’t know how to make good coffee.

Very nice flight! Cabin had only 4 of 12 seats occupied, so service was excellent. FC suite is very nice and I had a nice sleep. Beverage offerings are very nice, I drank several glasses of Dom 2003. Food was very good but not excellent.

I enjoyed the flight until the person in front of me crushed my legs due to know notice at all and pushed there seat back to the full incline. Then could not watch the tv at all as I basically had the screen in my face. Really not acceptable.
