OK - it is coach, middle seat and no window, but it is also an exit row, so all the leg room you could ever need. And near the lavs, without too much clutter of folks waiting in line. Overall, if you can't get the front exit row (17, I believe) then this is the next best thing. Oh - and remember - since no seat in front, you have solid sides, which is good to protect you from your larger neighbor, but also shrinks the width of the seat a bit. A fair trade in the pot-luck world of coach seating. As a 1K flyer I got a free breakfast, which was worth the price (free), and probably worth paying for, if you didn't bring on your own breakfast for the five hour flight. Beverage service was infrequent - maybe you are supposed to go to the galley and ask? United iPad entertainment was spotty a couple of times - movie freezing up - and if you stopped and did something else then you might have to start over and then slide the timer to about where you were. All in all, for a daytime flight, I'd buy this coach seat and save the money and not buy Polaris. For a night flight - I'd go Polaris. | |||||||||||||||||||||
