Business class on the Airbus A330 200 (formerly US Airways, now American) is a little bit of heaven. Each of the 20 seats is a cocoon of comfort, designed to offer lots of privacy, plenty of room, excellent Bose headphones for the abundant video and music selections, and the option of stretching out flat on the fully extended seat. The flight from Philly to Paris is so short there isn't time for much more than a long dinner, a movie, and breakfast, so I never really took advantage of the fully-extended seat for sleeping. There's so much room it can be hard to reach the bins at the front of the "pod" provided for carry on bags, blankets, etc. Meals were more than passable, served by friendly and accommodating flight attendants (I think American acquired some superior staff in the merger with US Airways). Most comfortable and enjoyable trans-Atlantic crossing in a long time. Thumbs up!

Was very happy to arrange for this seating near the exit and on the side aisle to sit with my husband. Flight was only about 2/3 full for the overnight trip. The upgraded meal was a waste of money. Attendants never offered more than one glass of wine. The seats were close to the galley serving Business Class passengers. The crew congregated and talked n the galley the entire time passengers were trying to sleep. Ear plugs couldn't block their conversations, laughter and noise making. The entertainment was adequate, but the touch screen was barely responsive requiring many jabs and taps. The aircraft was fine. Above all, of course the safe journey is appreciated always. Flight crew and Attendants deserve and have my utmost respect.

Flew with my children and au pair, seat row 24 in center; very comfortable despite being in center (usually choose window, but wanted us to all sit together). Only one row ahead of us, so didn't feel crowded. We are all on the small size, so seat size was comfortable. Entertainment system was great; kept the kids occupied until they fell asleep. Close enough to toilets to see when they were free, not so close that the smell or a line was a problem. USB ports in arm of seats was great! Arrived with fully charged phones and tablets. Overhead bin was reasonably roomy, didn't struggle to get my slightly-larger-than-regulation carryon in it. Didn't feel like we waited too long to get off plane despite being towards back.

My two young boys and I were in seats 33 CDF (there's no E in that row) so we had the row to ourselves, which was great. The issue with this row is that the row ahead is 4 seats, so the screens are not centered in front of your seat. Not a big issue for me, but for my small 6 year old it was difficult to get a good angle to watch movies (I ended up propping him up on several pillows). Also the food/drink carts kept ramming into the row ahead of us because of the staggered aisle- a little annoying for me, but I would guess really annoying for middle row 32.

The plane, seat, crew were fine. However, I am appalled that when online before the flight, I could not find a way to change seats because the plan shown (same as at left) didn't indicate which seats were taken and which were still free... That's a service I have used on other flights with other airlines. In the age of instant computer communication and access, I found that ridiculous. I enjoyed the complimentary wine but the breakfast "muffin" was atrocious...

Good seat if you can get it. There is no row 6 on this side. The 7GH seats had noticeably more room than the 6A & 6B seats. Note that the bulkhead rows are usually blocked for use by gate agents for "special needs" passengers, so sometimes the USAirways on-line seat map will not include the bulkhead row seats -- so you think you're in the bulk head row until you get on the plane

The seat space is better then in many other planes, the seat recline however is less then I am used to, the seat space was good, but the padding in the seats are wearing out. The personal was friendly and efficient, but there was no water or juice offered after the meal service was done.....In all happy with the flight, will fly that rout again if the price is right.

Supposedly a beware seat next to toilet facilities. However found it excellent. Plenty of legroom. Seat could recline despite the bulkhead behind. Video system was superb. No difficulty using the toilet facilities as I could easily see if it was free and get there in seconds. Overall a great flight. Hope it is as good going back.

I fly this route a lot. I like this seat for the overnight flight back to Manchester, the aisle is wider here as there are only 3 seats in the middle and easy access to the toilet and galley ideal for a night flight.
