Seat Map Vietnam Airlines Airbus A321 Config.2

Very clean and tidy aircraft, looked pretty new in fact. Standard economy class seat with good legroom. Cabin crew efficient if not super friendly and welcoming - nothing to complain about though. Food offered was at the better end of economy, choice of mains, salad, fresh fruit with tea or coffee. Drinks possibly limited, I only wanted water anyway, alcoholic choice I saw was red or white wine.

Not bothered about the entertainment on the 3hr flight - stuff was showing on shared screens dropped down from the overhead panel, but no headphones offered.

Better than I was expecting from some other reviews and comparable to most other shorthaul flights.

The plane interior has the accouterments and ambiance that most major airlines had 20 years ago. It may indeed be that old, because there is a lot of fading and scuffing of seats, panels and fabrics. The tray table is well-worn, and for business class, the console between seats was a bit small, maybe 10 inches wide, total. The video safety instruction is also an old tape. However, the cabin crew was attentive and it left on time. Compared to the other domestic carriers in Vietnam, Vietnam Air has a good organization and a very competent counter crew. My flights were all on time.

Excellent flight for this, the middle leg of a 'puddle-jumper' route SGN-PNH-VTE-HAN (VN 920). On time,- in flight service for the hour & ten minute flight a nice (small) snack with coffee & tea. Seating is reasonably comfortable. I was assigned 16D at first, then moved to 15C just before take-off (the exit row was unoccupied).

Odd that the Airbus aircraft have no over-wing exits however. The seats at row 15 have no regular window to view out of either, which may be an issue with some passengers.

It was a short regional flight in Vietnam (about 2 hours long). I think that Vietnam Airlines should put more effort into their A321 line. I have flown the A321 a lot of time and it's quite boring every time you fly it. On other airlines, the A321 is equipped with many features like AVOD and etc. But on this one, there was no AVOD system. Just some flight magazine. So because of that, I brought both my iPad and my iPod to keep me out of boringness.

Asked Ground staff member to allocate exit row seat with extra legroom. She allocated 28A quickly. The seat map on seatmaestro is very accurate, there is a fold-down staff seat between 28C and 28E, it was not used by flight attendant (FA) on this flight. If its not used 29D is also an extra legroom seat.

Since it's a 1 hour flight, only a bottle of water was served. Still, would have preferred a choice. An Orange juice (even bottled) would have been refreshing.

The flight was short - from Saigon to Singapore. We were in economy - aisle seats across from each other as requested. The personnel were friendly and courteous. Good Asian airline food was served. Seating was comfortable more so than US airlines. The cabin was clean and remained clean throughout the flight. The temperature inside was appropriate. The flight was uneventful. I would not hesitate to fly VN Air again and this craft.

Crew was unfriendly. Most of the crew looked as though they are forced to be on duty. The toilet was smelly and although the flight was almost 90% full, the tissue paper dispenser was less than 50%. On the overall, the facilities and crew seemed ill-prepared.i have been on international and domestic flights on other airlines, this one is the worst I have come across.

Great flight. Excellent in flight service by the cabin crew. Pleanty of refreshments and a good lunch served. The flight left 15 minutes late but arrived on time; made the time up during the flight. Limited in flight entertainment but that's why I took my Kindle!

A great 2 hour fligh. The staff were courteous and efficient,very smooth boarding. Only expected a drink and a snack but in fact got a full and very tasty meal

The cofiguration was different from the map this site has shown. Row 27was in fact an exit row with great leg room.
