Regular traveller with Air NZ however I decided to fly from Auckland to Perth via Melbourne so I could try out Virgin Aus new Business Class. Checkin staff in Melbourne weren't very friendly- however the airport was busy so I can't blame them. Virgin Lounge was nice and staff were friendly. Aircrew were friendly and the business class design layout was very nice and private. Food was nice and the drinks were plenty. The business class attendant was very professional. I would highly recommend flying virgin again. | |||||||
