It was a WestJet flight, and we were expecting the same good service that the happy, smiling and efficient flight attendants had given us on our way to Cayo Coco. Alas, we got stuck with two stuck-up lady flight attendants - one older and another a bit younger. The flight was delayed while taking off by almost an hour, and these staff members just picked and chose who they wanted to serve properly, ignoring most of us and snapping rudely at others. The seat was about the only comfortable thing about the flight. The flight was longer than it was supposed to be, and the staff didn't even bother to load the movies and other entertainment for the passengers to watch - with nothing to watch or music to listen to, it was the worst kind of torture. I have taken bus trips with better service. After this experience, I will not be recommending flying WestJet to anyone.

Westjet flights are all one class. as such, paid extra $ 15 for the seat b/c of the red eye flight thinking it will be more comfortable as per seat recommendation for comfortness. Not worth the extra money,15F seat is less padded than the regular seat. The extra leg room does not make a lot of difference as the seat is sort of hard

The flight was slightly late but was a very good flight. Flight attendants were pleasant and the flight was smooth. I was in the middle seat and paid extra for the seat because I am slightly disabled and I am allowed to board early. All in all a good flight and I was pleased with the whole experience.
I do miss the seatback TV.

West jet has the most uncomfortable rock hard in the exit isle. So hard in fact that we were all sore after a 5.5 hour flight. We sit in the exit isles often for additional leg room and have never had this issue. The seats had very little padding compared to other seats on the plane, and were unreasonably uncomfortable.

was on westjets longest flight, 6hours long, and was tons of legroom, but being the center seat still felt cramped, way better food then air canada. Overly friendly environment like usual, flew air canada down. But a wide body jet would have been way for confortable with more walking room, but good flight none the less

Smooth flight and friendly service overall. The seats were comfortable and have enough space underneath at feet for a large carryon bag and a small purse/ personal belonging. Great window seat. No screens on the back of seats but they did offer in-flight entertainment we could access on our devices.

This whole row has a lot of legroom. It is directly behind the economy plus rows. The seat in front of you may recline a bit into your space, but you should still be very happy with the leg room, especially if you're tall.

Premium is the only way I’ll fly now. I’m 6’3” just had both knees replaced in the fall and the comfort that these seats offered was amazing. The service we received was top notch and the meal we received was actually very tasty.

ok for a short trip which was 5 hours going and 4 hours coming back everything extremely compact - only 2 bathrooms for the entire plane (but that is how the plane is designed)
