Hay un erro en la indicación en el mapa de la empresa Aerolíneas. Si se fijan figura la fila 11 como incómoda y la 12 como la que tiene espacio cuando en realidad la fila 11 es la de la puerta de emergencia con mayor espacio y la 10 es la que no se inclina. | ||||||||

Quiero comentar que en el vuelo 8000 desde San. Pablo a Ezeiza,el día 15 de octubre,todos los pasajeros debimos soportar un frío increíble. Muchos nos quejamos y adujeron que no se podía subir la temperatura.V iaje con cuatro amigas y, llegamos todas resfriadas.Una de ellas tuvo que permanecer en cama.D ese aria me informen cual fue el motivo.Las azafatas ,ante nuestra queja se miraban y,en forma irónica reían.Muchas gracias !!! | ||||||||

Una experiencia desastrosa, un viaje incomodo, con mal servido, una ausencia de actitud en el persona, con amenities viejas y lo pero que no funciona (ni siquiera la simple luz de lectura individual), el catering una cosa inmunda, incomible y de una gran pobreza. Y el servicio post venta NULO. Imposible hacer reclamaciones y menos aun ser atendido humanamente. | ||||||||

(English below) Le siège ne s'incline pas et il semble même être plus à la verticale que la normale. Attendez-vous, lorsque le passager devant vous inclinera le sien (le chanceux), à ce que votre tablette vous appuie dans les côtes... (et je suis pourtant un maigrichon). Le côté positif, si vous êtes enclin à la conversation, est que l'agent(e) de bord sera votre voisin(e) au décollage et à l’atterrissage. Soyez gentil, vous aurez, peut-être, droit à un meilleur service... quoique vous serez le dernier servi, si le vol est assez long pour que l’agent(e) se rende jusqu’à vous! À noter: pas de d'appuis-têtes ajustables, pas de prises de courant, pas de système de divertissement en vol, rien, nada, zilch… ------- The pleasures of companies’ mandatory booking via Expedia… You can’t select your seat and, of course, you get the worst: 17C. Not only thisrow doesn’t recline, it seems more upright than normal. Be prepared, when your front neighbor reclines his (lucky him/her) to feel your shelf hitting your chest… (and I am thin, very thin…). But not all is bad. If you like conversation, you will have a flight attendant sitting next to you for take-off and landing; be nice and see if you get better service… if he/she have time to make all the way to your seat (if it’s a longer flight you should be all right!) Note that on these Delta CRJ700, there are no adjustable head rests, no power outlets, no entertainment system, nothing, just lain nothing… | ||||||||

The flight was short - from Saigon to Singapore. We were in economy - aisle seats across from each other as requested. The personnel were friendly and courteous. Good Asian airline food was served. Seating was comfortable more so than US airlines. The cabin was clean and remained clean throughout the flight. The temperature inside was appropriate. The flight was uneventful. I would not hesitate to fly VN Air again and this craft. | ||||||||

Sat on 41D and fortunately I had the 3 seats for myself. However, be warned, the pitch starting on row 40 CDF is smaller than the rest of the plane. Those seats are extremely tight so try to avoid them. Row 40 CDF are definitely the worst seats bc they have no tray table in front (obviously they are misaligned) with the row in front and the seats have the tables inside the armrest making the width of the seat even smaller than what it already is. | ||||||||||

Outstanding flight and seat. This is probably the best seat in economy. I got totally lucky bc I didnt pay for this seat and was simply assigned to me and my girlfriend. It reclines perfectly and you have pleeeeeenty of legroom. You also have the bathroom very close but not so close that people bother you all the time. Also, you have your own TV set and you can watch several movies. Overall I give this a 5 out of 5. Food was good for a 2 hr flight... | ||||||||

Great flight. Loved the entertainment system with over 30 movies (new and old). Food was average. Seats were great even for economy... plenty of legroom, good recline. I was shocked by the USB drives on the panel in front of you... this enables you to use your own drives to watch your own movies, etc. Loved it. Much preferred over American Airlines which looks from last century. | ||||||||

These pics I am showing are from the b777 200 but it's a variation of the seat plan shown here which is the most common. In business class, if you seat in the middle (2-3-2) in the 3 seat area you dont feel crammed at all. It's large enough to not even feel you have someone next to you. I slept during the entire flight so dont know much about the food :) | ||||||||||

Flew on AA113. Let me sum it up by saying this was probably the worst flight I have ever taken to creole the Atlantic... And believe me, I have crossed it many many times. First of all, my seat, like every other seat in my row had a horrendous black box in front of me that prevented me from stretching my feet... Specially the left one. Second, the temperature in the airplane was incredible low, even after letting the rewarded know that everyone was freezing! My hands, nose and feet were freezing during the entire flight! I had a blanket and a scarf and still that didn't help. The recline was unusually limited... The was along all the economy class seats. The entertainment was also very weak as they only had a few screens hanging from the ceiling for the entire cabin! No personal entertainment whatsoever! Cabin crew were super nice though and the food was pretty ok! If you fly don't ever choose seats H or B as they all have that horrible box in front! Thanks AA for making my flight experience a total disaster! Even Iberia which is probably one of the worst airlines, is miles ahead of these guy! Oh and btw, there are no power ports in economy! You can only find it in select rows like 27 for example and forget about using it since you need one of those chargers that are round and people use to have for the cars! This was stat of the art in 1987 but not anymore! | ||||||||

Good experience. Clean aircraft and pleasant stewardesses! Only problem is that the seat was extremely uncomfortable. There was some kind of protrusion in the lumbar area that bothered me during the entire flight. It was inside the seat so I am not sure if this is on ALL the seats. | ||||||||

As Administrator, we can assure you that we have taken this information directly from El Al Israel Airlines and that the seat maps are correct. However, there is a chance that they have changed the aircraft type on the last minute. Airlines sometimes do this. This might be an explanation for this discrepancy. | ||||||||

Do not seat in any of the economy A and L seats. If you try to stretch your legs you will find a pretty big black box next to the fuselage that reduces your space significantly. Remember... No A or L seats... they are terrible. | ||||||||
