I flew on the A330-200 from JFK to Buenos Aires in Club Condor- Business Class. Seat row numbers start at row 5 in Club Condor not at row 1 as displayed on SeatMaestro's map. I sat on 7h. The seat was a little hard and uncomfortable. It was an inclined flat seat but i found if i placed it into a cradle mode it was more comfortable for sleeping. The entertainment system was good. There were a lot of programs and movies to chose from. The meal needs improvement. From the presentation to the taste and quantity. The wines offered were bitter tasting and the orange juice was watery. At JFK Aerolineas uses the British Airways Galleries lounge which was fine. I have read bad comments about the airline on other sites, but i cant say my experience was unpleasant. The crew were friendly from check-in to the onboard flight crew. The flight left on time and arrived on time. I think they have made much improvements and i think they are headed in the right direction under the new CEO Mariano Reclade. I would fly with them again.

This was a return trip from BsAs to New York. Our outward journey had been on United, and strangely, Areolineas Argentinas was a more comfortable flight.

The layout in Condor is unusual. It starts at row 5 in the middle, but 6 on the aisles. The configuration is 1-2-1, so the map shown on Seatmaestro needs to be updated.

6B is an "almost" window seat, as is 8B, and rows 7 and 9 have 100% window seats, due to the staggered way the cabin is laid out. However, the "almost" element was not a problem, in fact, if AR let me select my seat in advance next time, I'd prefer it. There was a space for my shoes between the seat and the wall. The entertainment system was OK, but the offerings a bit sparse, but who needs a moving map on every flight? Besides, I slept most of the way. I didn't even stay awake for the meal, but breakfast was only so-so, hence the "average" review.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied, if somewhat surprised at the overall quality of the flight. I am about to book a similar trip, and I have no hesitation in booking again on AS.

This was a return trip to Buenos Aires. For me, the aircraft was more comfortable than the United flight I took last year, which is why we chose Aerolineas Argentinas.

While not the best airline food I've ever had, it was more than acceptable. The cabin crew were polite and available, and not over attentive. Though I no longer drink alcohol, the wine that was served was a good vintage. The IFE system was good, though the viewing choice was a little old. There is no map to tell you where you are, which feels a little strange.

The seat map that I have included is more up-to-date than yours, based on my visual recording while on the aircraft.

Seats 9A, 10B, 5C and 5D were being used as rest areas by the crew on the 11 hour flight.

First row of three seats behind row of four. Screens are located in the back of the seats in front of you and are therefore slightly off center and not right in front of you. Armrest between D & F cannot be raised. So it's not a good choice of seats if you want to score a whole row to yourself to sleep the flight off. Folding tray tables are located inside armrest (not in the back of the seat in front of you). They hardly recline, though I think that's the same with all other seats on this plane.

No tengo quejas.
