This is one of the planes that apparently used to have seat-back screens, but they're gone. This particular seat (10A) is sold as Main Cabin Extra, so there's an additional fee if you're not at least Gold. Had I paid that fee for this window seat, I'd be furious because there's no WINDOW. Seems like the kind of thing they could let a passenger know ahead of time... They did indicate that the seat doesn't recline, which is true.

Don't pick this seat if you are a bigger person or have wide hips. 24b doesn't have an arm rest that move so there is no relief to the pressure on your hips when flying. 24c has an arm rest that moves to help relieve the pressure but you'll be hit by everyone walking by :( It was a very uncomfortable flight. Perfect seats for a tall skinny person if you don't mind being near the lavatory. Lots of leg room.

Paid for Main Cabin Extra, flying with a pet in cabin. Space underneath is limited by the boxes, so make sure your carrier is flexible. Seat was comfortable, but less than the one on the flight to Mia that was on a Boeing 777. If you can choose this aircraft do so. Much more comfortable and worth the extra money for Main Cabin Extra.
Food and drink stars reflect COVID limitations :(

12A, 12B, 12C are listed on American website as exit row for extra $, when in fact they are not - they are one row behind the exit row (Row 11) with no additonal room vs premium economy. American considers the left side of row 12 an exit row despite the fact that there is no exit path in this row.

This was very much a not good experience. From bad airport to bad plane, leg room and comfort are okay but I am 5 ft tall. I feel bad for anyone taller than me. I guess everything is new and there are outlets but I can't get over how inefficient boarding was. First class was on par with United, just newer.

Great exit row seat as no seat in row 11 enhancing extra legroom. No complaints on service or staff. My only complaint is that the overhead bins above rows 12-17 were used by rear seat passengers. I had to disturb 5 rows of passengers behind me to access my luggage when departing.

When the person in front of you reclines you can hardly get out of your seat. Old plane, cigarette ash tray is built into bathroom door. Booked second row so I could keep my purse with me. Seat was a nice size, no power outlet. Best thing about this plane was the steward.

Flew first class The flight attendant was polite but at the same time very curt. He only passed the snack basket around once. The plane had leather seats but it was still an older model once again no back of the TV entertainment screen nor power outlet

Pretty good seat. Lots of leg room as it’s an exit row. No seat to the right of it so only one person to share armrest with. Seat was ok. Flight attendant jump seat just to the right and in front of it.

Typical bulkhead seat. No under seat storage and no overhead storage directly above the seat. Leg room limited due to bulkhead prevents one from stretch out ones legs. No cut out in bulkhead for feet.
