I was looking forward to my first trip in e Dreamliner. I have travelled on most wide body planes, but never before had the opportunity of this aircraft. I was really disappointed with the seat. It was not long enough so I hardly got some sleep, the seat was also harder than other comparable seats in other planes. The hinge of the footrest that gets extended to make up for a bed, is positioned in such a way that my knee rested against it, which gave me pains during my (attempted) sleeping time. There was also an issue with my table being stuck, and my neighbor's screen had a life of it's own. The screen on the first row is tuck in the seat, so a bit like economy. The crew during the flight did their best, the food and wine selection was good.

The Premium Economy seat on LOT 787 is the worst airpline seat I have ever had. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The movie screen and tray tables are in the armrests which are a full 6 inches longer than most center arms. This leaves 6 inches to squeeze through if you are not in an aise seat -- and FOUR INCHES if the seat in front is reclined. Recline is minimal. Extra legroom is barely noticeable from coach. Screen controls are placed inconveniently at knee level, so you accidentally hit the overhead light button with your knee. Legrest, footrest and recline are awkward and difficult to get back into position. Movie choice is terrible. But, I'll admit, the food is actually good. Service is slightly above coach, but certainly no hint of deluxe.

Absolutely the best kept secret in the airline business. Inflight crew was super efficient, no complaints. Upon arrival in WAW I was greeted and escorted to my connecting flight to PRG. Super service the entire trip and all three bags arrived in PRG with me. I have never experienced this type of service flying BC on any airline. I simply can't find enough good words for LOT. I have started using LOT and WAW as my European transfer hub. Travel I\s made so simple flying LOT especially the 787-8, super airplane, love it and LOT.

This is an exit row seat which costs more. It is very tight, and the wall of the plane curves in so it is difficult to stretch your legs straight; you have to turn them to the left, which became uncomfortable during the flight. I actually left this seat to sit in another empty economy seat because I became claustrophobic. That seat was better, tight, but not as bad as 20J. My husband, who is 6'3" sat in 20H, and he was very happy with the seat. No problem with stretching his long legs.

Seatguru does not have a good map for this flight. We had a plane configured 2-4-2. The seats were unbelievably narrow. There is no way in which anyone with a waist size of 40 or above could fit. The flight staff were polite but the desk staff in Chicago had no idea what was going on during the usual forwarding delay.

While the staff was not rude they were not polite either. Seats were tight and cramped cabin was overheated. Worsed 8 hour flight ever. Spend the money to upgrade to preminum as we did for the return flight it is well worth it. We now know why LOT air is only 3.5 stars.
