Don't use seats 1E or 1F (for which we paid extra!) for any reason. They are too narrow for a normal-sized person. Avoid! I am discussing this with Monarch, and getting nowhere. I would even suggest that, for their poor customer service, you avoid Monarch entirely!

Like several others have commented the seat width was small but the leg room was OK. The aisles are narrow so you are constantly having to tuck your arms in. Thankfully this plan had a technical fault for the return trip.

Most uncomfortable aircraft I have ever flown in due almost entirely to the seat width or should I say lack of it Will think twice before booking on this aircraft again

I can't understand the negative comments on legroom.I'm 5' 11" and found this plane to have the same,or more legroom than any other economy flight I have been on.
